Two bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed, along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The private apartment is newly constructed in 2023 and has a closed off entrance to the main house. The space is well suited for families, couples, river groups, and business travelers alike.

The Uptown House is the perfect home base and Challis is a great starting point to explore the many sites of the Salmon Challis NF, fish the Salmon River, or simply enjoy laid back mountain living. Located at the upper end of Main Street in old town Challis, this 1930’s store front has been converted to a spacious getaway that is close to local restaurants and bars and within minutes of groceries, gas and shopping making it easy to plan your visit.

Downtown Suite, with patio (Suite use only) 2 full size queen beds, one is a Murphy that when closed, leaves a very spacious room, or the dining table can be set up. The bathroom is X large, 2 sinks, separate shower and soakèŕ tub, and makeup table. There is a kitchenette, with its own sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction burner, coffee station, pots, pans, and dishes for your use. We also have an electric grill (works great) on the patio.

Copperhead Cabin

Escape to Freeman Creek. This charming 650 sq ft cabin offers all the amenities including a full kitchen and wifi.
