Retro Design Apartment in the Letná Art District

I am offering a stay in a newly remodeled apartment in the historical building, which was built in 1892. The apartement has a large kitchen with a fridge, microwave owen and all basic stuff for everyday use, however not everything for some heavy duty cooking. Eating area, living room with a flat screen TV, free internet Wi-fi, 2x bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It´s situated on the four floor. This is a residential building with no elevator then please be respectful toward the neighbours. Ring the bell R.Milersky (next door) or send text and i will respond asap. Soak up the authenticity of the arty Letná neighborhood. Experience the spirit of small cafes, pubs, and the local artists' shops hidden all around. Local neighborhood with many small groceries, cafeterias and bars. The closest shop is just a cross the street. Some bigger are located from 5-10 minutes walking. There is a nice bar in our street just 2 blocks from the house. The street Veverkova is considered as a local hipster community center. Also the connection to the city center is great. The apartment is situated arround the corner from the well known National Gallery and also next to one of the largest and most beautiful parks in Prague, with its beautiful views sought after by photographs and tourists. Minimalist apartment

Chceš nám pomoci s výbavou našeho nového bytu? Můžeš, svojí návštěvou. Náš byt je připraven pro opravdové městské průzkumníky, ne pro navštěvníky, co někam přijedou a dívají se na televizi. Je tu místo, kde se vyspíš, kde si uvaříš, kde se najíš, kde se umyješ, i kde můžeš pracovat a kde získáš informace o Praze. Je to jednoduché, jestli nám pomůžeš, my ti pomůžeme poznat Prahu. Máme v bytě uložené věci, ale to vůbec nevadí nejsou skoro vidět. Dvě lůžka tvoří spacáková souprava. Go on!

The apartment windows face both Pařížská Street and the inner courtyard.

Our family loves to receive guests. Therefore, we have created a place where everyone feels at home. We invented the interior ourselves and created it with our own hands, trying to convey the atmosphere of our beloved city and take into account everything that may be needed for a comfortable life. Wake up to views of the Old Jewish Cemetery in Prague’s Old Town and enjoy a quiet stay. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator). Fully equipped place is convenient for weekend visit but also for longer stay.
