The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.
