THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

Recently constructed Casita with palm frond roof, concrete floors and walls. The structure backs up to a nice cliff with lots of birds in the area. It is private & peaceful. Starlink for WIFI. Washer & dryer are opposite the casita. The Casita is next to our home but is very private and quiet. Situated in a rustic neighborhood with a dirt road. Often goats and cows walk by, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. Come and enjoy this amazing oasis.
