As part of our thoughtfully restored 1950's boutique Inn, the Zenneth Manor, your cozy room is light, bright & airy. Our laid back 2nd floor room is 1 block to beach & boardwalk. We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in
