Five minutes walk to Piccadilly Train Station. The nearest tram stop is two minutes away which gives easy access to both Manchester City and Manchester United grounds. Please note that the NQ is a busy and vibrant area day and night. So please take this into consideration when booking the apartment.

There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot, situated at the edge of woodland. The treehouse is located above our external garage, with it's own entrance. Please note it's step access only. The large double ensuite room, boosts views over the woods, tea & coffee facilities and comfy seating area. Good transport links to Manchester City, Etihad Stadium, National Cycling Centre & Oldham. Walking/Cycling distance to local country parks. No smoking or animals allowed.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
