We are 20 minutes east of the Austin airport & COTA, & 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Bastrop is 15 minutes due east. We are 2 miles/4 minutes from the McKinney Roughs Nature Park trailhead (hiking/biking/horse trails along the river), & 5 minutes from the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort using the back entrance. Our 20+ acres is a quiet wooded park near the end of a dead end road with walking & biking trails on site. This is ELEGANT CAMPING & the 3 tidy outhouses & 2 hot water showers are outdoors!

Take in the stars while toasting marshmallows at fire pit. Cast a line into the stock pond on the property (bass, catfish & crappie). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.

You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. We are 17 miles from Lexington, 17 miles from Elgin, 23 miles from Taylor, and 45 miles from Austin. Come see us!
