Il Rustico AdeL si trova sui Monti di Rima a 10 minuti d’auto da Broglio, alta Vallemaggia. Recentissima ristrutturazione tra il 2022 e il 2023. Un piccolo villaggio caratteristico a 1000 m, facilmente raggiungibile con L automobile. A rendere unica la posizione è un’affascinante ambiente naturale, ed il suo panorama unico. Ideale per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate e della tranquillità assoluta. Dista 1h circa d’auto da Locarno. Dal paese di Broglio si raggiunge il fiume Maggia.

Grazioso rustico per vacanze immerso nella natura, in zona tranquilla e soleggiata. Il rustico si compone su due piani. Al pianterreno piccolo atrio d'entrata, camera matrimoniale con possibilità di aggiungere un letto pieghevole, e cantina. Scala per salire al piano superiore dove ci sono un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, ampio soggiorno con divano letto, camino, cucina aperta con lavastoviglie. Apertura su grande terrazza con tavolo e grill e divano lounge. Posteggio privato a 50 m.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. La nostra roulotte si trova a 1200 metri sul livello del mare con una fantastica vista sull'intera valle e sulle montagne circostanti. La roulotte si trova su una strada privata utilizzata solo da noi. Nei dintorni del villaggio ci sono diverse possibilità di escursioni. La roulotte è arredata in modo semplice. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e Il bagno si trova all'esterno della roulotte e a 100 m di distanza in un edificio. Piano di Campo è raggiungibile con l'autobus.

Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
