Each elegant beige-and-blue apartment offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, an attractive and homey living area perfect for family or friends, a modern writing desk so you can mix in some business with pleasure, and all the space you’ll want for an airy, relaxing sanctuary in the ever-busy Ocean Drive. Occupancy:  Max Occupancy: 4 (Up to 6 with Approval/Fee) This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6. Over occupancy is a serious issue and the unit should never exceed the maximum allowed at any given time, as this will result in the cancellation of your booking. The nightly rate includes up to 4 overnight guests. If you wish to have additional overnight guests send us a request prior to booking. An additional 2 guests can be included at a rate of $50 per additional guest per night. The additional guests are provided with a cozy high-quality 22-inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only 2 additional guests (over the max occupancy already residing in the unit) are allowed inside the unit to visit at any given time. Violation of this rule may result in a fee and eviction. The Space: With pastel colored buildings, shiny cars and lines of palm trees, nothing beats Ocean Drive when it comes to experiencing the famous Miami vibe. Fabulous shops and award-winning restaurants blend seamlessly with Ocean Drive’s iconic Art Deco structures, and is just a stone’s throw away from the heart of South Beach. Our modern, tastefully furnished units are perfectly located near the Art Deco District and other must-see spots, so travelers looking to take in the area’s sights and sounds can skip the walking tours and explore on their own. Rent a bike and pedal your way through the fabulous neighborhood, enjoy delicious seafood at A Fish Called Avalon, or take it easy and laze the day away at Lummus Park Beach. At night, Ocean Drive’s neon lights and party scenes are a feast for the senses, so grab a drink, have fun and surrender to Miami’s ever-vibrant nightlife! Other Things To Note: Guests have access to everything in the unit. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. Since it is practically the most well-known and action-packed thoroughfare in South Beach, staying in Ocean Drive means getting an endless list of things to do and places to check out. Aside from the much-talked historic Art Deco District made famous by Hollywood, you might want to head to Lincoln Road Mall for a true South Beach shopping experience. It is one of the first pedestrian malls in the country and is constantly packed with tourists, top-brand shops, sidewalk cafes, and even pop-up markets. For fine dining, try Gianni’s at the Villa, a very popular choice not just because of its scrumptious Italian cuisine but also because of its location inside Gianni Versace’s former home, Casa Casuarina. If you want some green space and have a break from the busy parts of the neighborhood, South Pointe is a nice waterfront park with a lovely walkable pier and plenty of greenery. As for fun and games, mid-day parties are quite common as hotels offer open-bar pool parties complete with DJs. Make your way to Clevelander Hotel at night though, if you want a full crowd, nonstop music, and the best Miami beach party experience! Private cars and cabs might be necessary to get around North Miami Beach, but South Beach is a totally different story. Ocean Drive is absolutely walkable and major attractions are just minutes away by foot. If you are not a fan of walking though, bike rentals pepper the area and cabs are literally everywhere. Looking for a fun and hassle-free way to navigate SoBe? Ride the buses! The South Beach Local bus service runs every 15 minutes or so throughout the day and stops every few blocks. Local’s buses are air-conditioned, safe and specifically provided for tourists. There is also the Metro-bus service which does not only ply South Beach but also the rest of Miami Beach and the County. House Rules: To truly enjoy your vacation experience, please follow some of these important rules. We are a pet free property. Please do not smoke in or around the property. There will be a $250 fine for smoking within ten feet of the property. We have smoke detectors in the unit that alert us if a guest is smoking inside the unit. Please be kind and courteous when it comes to loud noise. Loud or disruptive behavior could jeopardize the experience of your neighbors and could result in a $100 fee. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). While we want you, your family, and your friends to enjoy this vacation rental, this is not a place to host a party. Large groups, loud noises, and other disturbances are not allowed. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our rentals. Please be careful about tracking dirt and mud through the home, and put food away to prevent bugs and pass from sneaking in. The home is fully equipped with updated appliances for your convenience. If an appliance is not working correctly, please contact your host right away. While there will be no refund for this type of inconvenience, You can rest assured that we will work to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Our houses are consistently updated and well-maintained, so the chances of having a problem with the appliances are minimal. We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or stained during your stay, please report it right away. If a damaged item is found after you depart and has not been reported, you will be held responsible. Adhering to our check-in and checkout policies is fundamental in a smooth reservation process. Checkout is at 11 am. If you check out later than that, you will be charged a $50 late checkout fee. While we do not expect you to clean towels or linens upon departure, we do ask that you leave the house in an organized and acceptable state. Please Note: For security purposes, there are cameras on the property. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
