Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. The townhouse is a newly built, luxury home in The Waterfront precinct of Shell Cove in Shellharbour. This modern home perfectly accommodates a couple or a small family across its 2 bedrooms. The well- appointed kitchen and living area lead out to a private garden with a covered courtyard for outdoor dining and a sandpit for the kids. Stunning beaches, Shellharbour village, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea State Park, shopping and cafes are all within easy reach of the property.

Soul Sanctuary is a gorgeous luxury getaway for couples. Enjoy a chic, open plan coastal home full of light and awe inspiring ocean views from both sides of the house. With an all seasonal spa, al fesco dining, and relaxed living spaces, it's the perfect place to unwind and leave the world behind. Enjoy complete seclusion at Soul Sanctuary, reserved for just two guests, with no other occupants or shared spaces. Strictly - 2 night minimum. Strictly - no pets.

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.
