Please note in the cooler months this is heated with radiant hot water and the heat does make noise in the pipes. There is a bbq grill in the common area near the outdoor dining. Utensils are not provided in the unit for the grill, but guests are welcome to use it if you have your own utensils. Pet-friendly, please notify the owner if you plan to bring a pet. A petite kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, tea kettle, French press with coffee, and retro style fridge are apartment sized). 2 parallel parking spots right in front along the slap wood fence. Our little 600 sq ft cozy and unique cottage in downtown Moab is charming 'Old-School Moab Style' at its best. Vintage art throughout!
