The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences.
