We are located 20 minutes from bustling Gaylord, 30 minutes from quaint Petoskey, 35 minutes from historic Mackinaw. We have a paddle boat, fire pit and grill all for your use. A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.
