If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Apartman Nada veličine je 100 m 2 sa privatnom terasom i vrtom. Nudi Jacuzzi (masažni bazen) sa grijanom vodom pogodan za kupanje kroz cijelu godinu. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj i ljetnu kuhinju. Vrtna garnitura i ležaljke pružaju mogučnost opuštanja u sjeni stabla maslina i mirisa mediteranskog bilja. U blizini se nalazi dječje igralište slobodno za korištenje a i trgovina je u samoj blizini kuće. Muntić je udaljen 7 km od PULE i 3 km od zračne luke.Privatnost je osigurana.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, renovated 2024.old Istrian stone house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors. All areas are air-conditioned. Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay.
