See Kibera as only a local could and experience the real Kibera through the lense of hope. We’ll meet the dreamers creating a difference in Kibera through their mission-driven, small businesses. There are 5 stops on our journey... 1. Moses's House - I'll start by inviting you into my house, to tell you my story, from growing up in Kibera through starting my own tour company with a mission. From there we’ll walk the railroad tracks of Kibera, meeting the people. 2. The Kibera Organization - We'll meet Edu who provides microloans for female-owned small businesses. They also provide motorbikes for Kibera residents to get to work. 3. Bio Gas Center - We’ll meet Edwin, the founder of a project which turns Kibera’s waste into energy for it’s inhabitants. 4. Women’s Craft Center - We’ll meet Rosemary who set up a workshop for women living with HIV. Collectively they remove the stigma of HIV by employing women with HIV to create crafts. 5. Master's Touch Bakery - At the finale of our tour, we’ll meet Nancy for coffee & fresh baked goods. We offer an inspirational "off-the-beaten-track" experience of Nairobi, guided by youth from slums who raised themselves on the streets of Nairobi City Centre. During a personal, one-on-one, 3-hours walking tour in Downtown, you will experience the city centre through the eyes of street children. Get the real insights into their way of life, get captivated by their life stories and ghetto-energy, learn from their street skills, ask all your questions, shop at local markets, bargain with your guides to pay a local price, eat street food, have tea with mechanics, see street art among and last but not least become friends with them. Social Impact: By booking a Nai Nami Tour you give disadvantaged youth from slums an opportunity to earn a regular income and inspire them as a role model. We'll visit social impact activities that supports and trains young entrepreneurs within Kibera. As we walk through Kibera, you'll meet locals and see the growing arts and music scene, while discovering daily life. I'll talk about Kibera's history, political and social struggles, and its role in greater Nairobi as we walk. You'll get a chance to experience the warmth, strength, and resiliency of Kibera's residents. At the end of the experience, we'll stop in a local shop for snacks. Other things to note Please bring your camera, but leave other valuables at home. Closed-toed shoes are required. You will walk about 3-5 km. Unfortunately, this tour is not accessible for those with limited mobility.
Roast & learn everything about coffee
Come and discover what it takes to make a cup of coffee as you journey through the scenic views the coffee farm has to offer. Your tour guide will explain everything about the growing and processing of coffee. He will show you the seedling beds, the fermentation tanks and drying beds. Thereafter he will take you through the process of roasting of the coffee beans. Here, you will get to roast your own batch of coffee and take it as your souvenir. Finally you will have a cup of coffee and snacks at the rooftop with a view of the farm. Our experience will start at 11am where we will travel to the MAA community of the maasai people you will get to understand their way of life and how they associate as a community and how they survive. Having to share and witness such is a rare situation as you will be able to interact with them.
Authentic Kenyan food tour
The traditional food of Kenya is as mixed and diverse as its tribes history and landscapes. Each tribal area has its own specialties and we shall dive into popular dishes loved by Kenyans. On this food journey, we shall start with snacks loved by the coastal people of Mombasa and Nairobi alike. "Mabuyu" and "archari" are the snacks we'll explore first. A well portioned meal that comprises of either brown ugali or white ugali and a stew of choice follows. A lentil option is available for vegetarians so nobody is left out. Labaratory experience
Join me as we explore this exciting laboratory tour at the kenyatta University as we learn more on the activities done and performed in the labs. First we shall learn basic knowledge about rules and regulations of the lab and the terms used. We will also get to know the equipments and what is expected in our labs. We shall also learn about what is the precautions of going against the rules of the lab. We shall have one of thw lab technician who will welcome us to the labs as we host our experience. We shall get to know the basic procedure conducted and those are done on more advanced labs. We can not wait to have you as we get to experience what we get on our labs.

Chalbi Desert Warm Experience
Join me on one of Kenya’s most beautiful trails and make memories you'll never forget. We'll hike on the Ndoto Mountains Rock Slide then have some camel ride across the Chalbi Desert, sand dunes and Lake Paradise. All of this, and we're only going to walk or run two and a half miles. For beginners, this trail is simple and enjoyable. We will visit Lake Paradise, have a feel of the Kalacha Oasis, Loyangalani tour and have an experience of Lake Turkana Wind power project at its stopover. We will have a little session for photography Ololokwe stop over & photography. When we return, we'll finish our time together at the Mzee Doko Traditional Bandas with some local delicacies.

I will accommodate the special needs of visitors such as physical disabilities. I have background information about history of major forests in kenya and I have undergone through a short term course having obtained a certificate in tour guiding and travel operations. I would provide an informative narration about the sights adding some culture and historical context. I am a friendly lady who easily socializes with guests and bonds with a group, this enables me to coordinate group tours to ensure everyone is together during the adventure.

Tuthu Catholic Church Mausoleum Day Tour
Tuthu Catholic Church was established in 1902 by Consolata missionaries. The church houses Chief Karuri wa Gakure’s mausoleum. Karuri wa Gakure was a paramount chief who welcomed the very first missionaries in Central Kenya. He assigned the missionaries a compound to stay and allowed them to conduct their first mass under a Mugumo tree, a very sacred tree among the Agikuyu. A shrine is also located within the compound of the Catholic church. We shall meet at Tuthu village in Murang’a County at 7:00 am, This area is an important cultural heritage site for the Agikuyu as well. We shall have our small brief and proceed to the church compound. The host shall share history of the church and the first chief that allowed the missionary to stay in kenya. This will take 2 hours after which we shall proceed to the church canteen for our breakfast. At 10: 00 am we shall call it a day and the guest can leave the church compound at their own pleasure.
Baiskeli Ride Adventure
Come and enjoy the experience the best adventure of bicycle cycling through the Ngong forest as we enjoy the serene and sceneric breathing view of the forest.First I'll meet with the guests at Karen Shopping Centre and get to interract with each other. Then head to Ngong where the activities of the day will take place.
Hiking through the mountains
My experience basically deals with a tour to Kalenjin’s community predominantly occupied home Kericho. Kericho borders the vast Mau Forest and is a stretch of green land with an ideal climate, it is a cultural, educational and agricultural center. It is a quiet place filled with the finest places ranging from historical sites to sacred places .our first place to visit with the guests will be Fort Tenan museum after the tour around the place the guests will have digested all the information there is to know and seen preserved fossils and tools used by early man, we will then end our experience by hiking up the rocks of Chebulu conservancy ,the expansive land found there is ideal for picnics with family and friends and even team-building activities it is also home to different birds and monkeys, it’s just a perfect spot to take some time off and rejuvenate .we will end our time together by having a treat to wholesome local food.
