We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

The house is located just blocks from downtown, minutes from IH-35, approximately 2 miles from many restaurants, HEB, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Additionally, the house is approximately 2 miles from Texas Old Town.
