The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.
