The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach.

You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
