Freshly painted, new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this apartment a fresh and modern feel. "Claremont Studio" is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence. "Claremont Studio" apartment has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay). Min 2 night stay.

Entire Self Contained, Off Grid, Eco Farm Stay

We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). Set on a wonderful wide, quiet, tree lined street this gorgeous little cottage has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to all that Orange has to offer with fabulous food, coffee and wine on your door step. This is our own home away from home, so comfort is guaranteed. Ample parking available on the lovely wide street. Please note that the second bedroom is small, has a double bed and no cupboard. Ideally suits 2 or 3 guests, can fit 4 but it’s a squeeze!

Only a stones throw away from the city centre and a short drive to a number of popular wineries, you'll know you've come to the right place. My husband, Ed, and I, plus our 2 young children, live in the main house and are always available if you need anything. We also have 2 chocolate brown labradors, Ralph & Ronnie.

The studio at Rose Cottage is a standalone building at the back of our 3 acre property. It is a lovely light-filled space surrounded by paddocks and apple orchards. You can expect to wake up to birdsong and feel a million miles away, while actually only being 8km from the centre of Orange. Our little family lives in the main house, 80m from the studio, and can interact with you as you wish or you can completely check out when you (self) check in!
