Nearby day adventures include hiking, golfing, parks, beaches, breweries, casino rama, and downhill skiing at Mount St Louis Moonstone and Horseshoe Valley (30 minute drive).

This cottage can be enjoyed year round, from sunny summer days on the dock, gorgeous fall colours and cozy winter nights by the fireplace. Only 30 minutes drive to Horseshoe valley ski resort. It is located on the Severn River with an approximately 100 ft long dock that runs along a very deep section in the river. It offers great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Close to the cottage are the town of Washago, Casa Rama, stunning Coopers Falls and CN rail walking trail.

Welcome to this waterfront property on the Green River in Washago Ontario with 20 km’s of water way to explore. Situated 15 mins from Orillia, Gravenhurst or casino Rama. Use the canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and lily pad or just sit on the dock and watch the world go by. This place is made for making memories with a bonfire pit, outdoor shower, bocci ball, corn hole and giant checker game. Great fishing for kids right off the dock with sandy walk in beach area.
