La struttura si trova nei dintorni della stazione ferroviaria "Ipogeo degli ottavi"a poche fermate di treno (Fl3 Roma-Viterbo) dai principali ospedali di Roma(San filippo Neri/policlinico Gemelli/Ospedale Sant'Andrea) e da Piazza San Pietro/Vaticano. Capolinea con diverse linee autobus. Con meno di 20 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Roma.
