Public transport is infrequent, a car is preferable. Palmela Castle is close-by, as is the Arrábida Natural Park. Beaches, Setúbal, Lisbon and the airport are within easy reach.

A vila de Palmela dispõe de um Castelo e é uma zona bastante conhecida pela produção de vinho e queijo, existem várias adegas que podem ser visitadas.

Casa recentemente remodelada, localizada no Montijo. A paragem de autocarro que liga o Montijo a Lisboa fica a 540 metros. Existe outra paragem a 120 metros que nos leva ao Cais do Seixalinho, onde podemos fazer a bonita travessia de barco para o centro de Lisboa em 30 minutos.
