Renovated in 2019, it blends vintage charm with rustic touches from our family farm in Iowa. Surrounded by native greenery and tucked behind our pink bungalow, it’s a peaceful haven for those who love all that nature offers, history, simple living, good people, and whimsical mermaid vibes.

Access to the pool and lanai (newly renovated), fire pit, treehouse, swing and your own gas grill for guest use. Spacious back yard on a cul-de-sac. Close to shopping, dining, beaches, the airport and the interstate.

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.
