It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.

Enjoy expansive views of native prairie and the San Francisco Peaks, and watch for our resident herds of pronghorn antelope and elk! The dark night skies offer incredible stargazing, best enjoyed from the relaxing hot tub or the balcony deck. Our peaceful, rural community of Parks is 30 minutes from both Flagstaff and the old Route 66 town of Williams, less than 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, and about an hour from Sedona.
