L’ agriturismo è situato su di una terrazza naturale a 800 metri sul livello del mare dalla quale si può ammirare uno stupendo paesaggio sull’ Appenino Toscano-Romagnolo, sul Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi e sulla Riserva Integrale di Sasso Fratino (Dal 2017 Patrimonio mondiale UNESCO)
