This 5 br/2 ba newer home is near the Appalachian Trail (0.1 mi), Pen Mar Park (0.1 mi), Waynesboro PA (4 mi), Ski Liberty (9 mi), Hagerstown (16 mi), Gettysburg (16 mi), and Chambersburg (18 mi). All 5 bedrooms exit directly to large rear deck. Lovely, quiet, tree-filled lot. Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, I can only accept reservation requests from guests who have received positive reviews from other hosts.

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.
