It is a fully detached Villa with living area of 400 m2, with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
