The two-storey stone-built house Standard Maisonette, measuring 27 m² the ground floor and 27 m² the first floor, consists of two levels able to accommodate a couple or a company/ family of maximum 3 people. The first level is a spacious area with one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

Pinakates is one out of three listed traditional villages in Pelion area. It is where we chose to build our dream house that can accommodate 8 persons . We renovated a stone house of early 1900s using traditional materials and technics.
