Prvi dućan je udaljen 50 metara te Špar trgovina sa većim izborom je udaljena 500 metara od apartmana. Centar Crikvenice je udaljen 3 minute autom ili 20 minuta pješke. Bliži centar Selce je udaljen 10 minuta pješke ili 2 minute autom.
