Beautiful self-built wooden tree house situated on top of a horizontally-grown pine tree. Only a 5 minute walk from the sea which borders the property. Plenty of privacy around the house and a sunbed for lazing about. The land is part of the natural park, has stunning views across the ocean & amazing sunsets. The cabin is decorated with handmade details, has a comfortable double bed, a fridge & gas stove. We recently installed hot water in the outside shower!

Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants.
