You will find the second sheet (upper) that you will have to spread over you, before covering yourself with the duvet. Independent heating/air conditioning with remote control on the wall, Smoking is prohibited, also e-cigarettes, but on the balcony, in front of the elevator, chairs and ashtrays await you. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared with the other guests

We are only 5 minutes walk from the central railway station SNCF and maximum 15 minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais and beaches. There are tram from the airport ( about 30 minutes). Shared the mixed room.
