The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Una casa accogliente con giardino, la mattina ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista sulla vallata. La camera con letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla valle, quella con 3 letti singoli ha la vista sul giardino. È possibile aggiungere un lettino per prima infanzia (sono presenti anche fasciatoio e seggiolone). Cucina abitabile, grande salone. Giardino.

La zona notte affaccia su un cortile interno garantendo riservatezza. La cucina é attrezzatissima ma vi invitiamo a scoprire e sperimentare anche i ristoranti e locali vicini. L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un edificio molto antico e non è previsto l'ascensore.

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.
