Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
