Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. The 1890 Caroline House is conveniently located in the heart of Historic Fredericksburg, Virginia just a block from the train station servicing Amtrak and VRE to Washington and Richmond. Experience a taste of history in Old Town or visit our local historic battlefields and then relax in our parlor or one of our beautiful guest rooms, all of which include a Jacuzzi. Walled by the original granite foundation dating to 1792, The Hearth Room is Strawberry Hill’s cozy and inviting basement room. Accessible by a private entrance on the west side of the building, this is the only pet-friendly room at Strawberry Hill. Featuring a full-sized brass bed, a 50” smart TV, and antique furnishings, your stay promises to be comfy and memorable.

Our Garden Rooms are located in either one of the two original carriage house buildings founded here in the late 1800's. They feature two queen size beds or a single queen size bed. All garden rooms are decorated in a light and airy color scheme and are cozy and intimate enclaves with recently renovated spa-style granite bathrooms.
