Marple Bridge village (5 mins), Etherow Country Park, the Roman Lakes, Brabyns Park ( which hosts a weekly park run) and the Peak Forest Canal with it's 16 locks are all within a mile of the property. Recently constructed, it is furnished to a high standard and includes an outdoor seating and eating area.
