Midtown is a very walk-able neighborhood, you don't need a car if you stay here unless you are going outside of the city. Location is great and be sure to ask me if you need any tips. There's a Houston bike rental station a block away from the unit, this is a great way to get around since these station are all over downtown and midtown.

This is a tiny house, some folks may say that it's not that tiny or it's more like a loft but we do know there is so much love and passion there. We love the central location, the unique views of the the city skyline and the exposed brick look inside. Guests appreciate the proximity to the Conference Center, sports stadiums, Entertainment areas and Downtown. Ease of access to Medical Center and NRG via metro rail is a big plus. Secure undercover car park with a 7 foot gate clearance under the building for guests. We have also had great feedback on the cleanliness, vibe of the apartment and different sleeping options. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults, but we can allow up to 6 guests. Keep in mind that the apartment is a one bedroom apartment only, so 6 guests would be a squeeze!! There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a small sleeper sofa / futon that would suit a small adult or child. In the living room there is a couch that folds out to make a bed and we have also left a double bed mattress in the apartment that can be used in the living room on the floor. The apartment complex has quiet hours which run from Sunday - Thursday 9.30 pm to 7.30 am and Friday - Saturday 10.30 pm to 9.30 am.
