Awesome improvements on the horizon for the cottage!! Due to the high demand for the cottage Dan and I decided to add a bedroom and washer and dryer. The space is going to be transformed into a completely new redesigned lay out. During the remodel we wanted to make sure the cottage was still available to stay at so will be doing the project in phases. Because of the remodel we won’t have a closet until the next phase of the project is completed. We do understand this is a inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we complete the project.

This modern condo offers all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - no matter how long with a central location near popular places like the airport, convention center, and sports arenas or hiking and lots of restaurants.
Watch Netflix and cable (Sling) via Roku - should be all logged in already, fast Wi-Fi internet, full kitchen + equipment (toaster oven - no microwave - the food is really better when it's not nuked, washer and dryer. It's all updated, yet the building retains many of it's mid-century modern features: like the beautiful adobe brick wall, post and beam architecture and some of the well-done tile work.
With a comfortable queen bed in each bedroom, there is ample room for up to four people. Pretty much all that you'll need is provided: towels, soaps, shampoo and even a hair dryer and clothes iron.
Tea and coffee for the french press are provided. The frig. has some basic condiments like ketchup, sriracha, mustard plus basic spices plus a bottled water and usually a few bottles of beer.
This is our second condo. Our other one has great reviews from guests. When preparing this one for you, we aimed to meet and exceed the comfort of the other condo. Our goal is to make that kind of place we would enjoy staying in and returning to.
The condo is about 950 square feet - third party measurement.
This is a small community of only four condos that share a large green yard with a sitting area in the middle where you can enjoy the weather, read a book, have coffee or just lounge around.
If you're here in the winter it may be just in time to have an orange or tangelo from one of the citrus trees.
The entire place is yours. The condo is completely stocked so you can be the chef if you want, make coffee in the French press or just warm up that take out.
Access to the condo is through a lockbox. This is easy to use and allows you to get in whenever you arrive, but, if you want, we'll be happy to meet you: it's your choice.
The is Central Phoenix: it's green and full of large mature trees, the streets are walkable and the homes and multifamily homes are very interesting. It's the Phoenix with irrigated yards, historic, mid-century and some newer homes with character. The condo is part of 4 condo on one property.
This area has been called, "hip, fun and very local: many if not most of the restaurants near-by are locally owned and offer really good eating." You can walk to most of them.
There is Rokerij - Dick's Hideaway for New Mexican food, TexAz, Vig Uptown, a bakery, Luci's a local hang out market with quick healthy food and many others. Drive 1-2 miles further and the choice widens even further and none will disappoint.
Just about a mile away there are several trailheads with miles of hiking or mountain biking in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve or head up to Piestewa Peak (formerly Squaw Peak) to a 360-degree view from the peak. If you have a bike hit the Arizona Canal all the way to Scottsdale or the other way.
When you stay here, you're near the Biltmore, Scottsdale, Midtown and Downtown Phoenix. The airport is about 15 minutes away and so it s the Phoenix Convention Center.

Šel ven jeho způsobu, než jsme přijeli, aby se věci připravené pro mě v každém směru a odpoví na všechny mé otázky, a když jsme měli trochu potíže přijít na to Apple TV (není uživatelům sebe) mu bylo přes za minutu na pomoc ven. Můj syn a já jsme byli těší vzácnou dovolenou společně a bylo skvělé mít dvě ložnice v dostupném místě. Užili jsme si náš pobyt, velmi moderní vytápění z nás komfortní a moderní kamna zábavné. Sousedství velký mudrc a parkování vzadu. Zůstane znovu.

Our 200 sq ft Casita is one bedroom with a full bath and is completely separate from the main house. The room has a CA King size bed, a mini fridge, microwave. Guests can enjoy the shaded patio seating.
We are just a few miles south from Sky Harbor International Airport.
Although our guest house is small it's furnished with a CA King sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, tv, wifi, coffee maker, and fold away desk/table.
Our South Mountain neighborhood is close to many different restaurants, grocery stores, and banks. We are just minutes from the airport and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Within our community we have three different parks the one closest to us has a full basketball court, mini golf putting greens, and a play structure. There are 2 different community pools available to use (please ask for the key).

This PRIVATE efficiency is set with EVERYTHING you might need for a tremendous stay in Phoenix. As a business traveler myself I organized this space to be a perfect little bit of everything I would want and think you will love. There is one thick extremely comfortable memory gel foam bed for two and an optional inflateable queen-sized self inflatable mattress which is surprisingly comfortable and easy to set up. It’s a perfect option for extra guests or for sleeping separately.
Only 1.5 miles from downtown Phoenix and 7 miles to the airport. The freeway is literally a block away. Getting around from this location is really easy. It’s an up and coming downtown Phoenix neighborhood where blue collar meets white collar. A good safe cultural experience.

You'll be blocks away from Camelback mountain and all of the hip restaurants on 7th St & 7th Ave like Camp Social, The Yard, Rice Paper, Barro Cafe, Nami and plenty of great Mexican food.

You’ll notice that music is the main theme here. I placed dozens of my favorite vinyl records all over the walls. The piano I learned to play on was just recently delivered, and memorabilia I’ve collected over the years.
I asked that all guests remove their shoes when entering the house. You’ll see a place for your shoes just inside the front door. The wall-to-wall carpeting actually feels pretty good under your socks or bare feet.
My home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood called Highland Crossings. All my neighbors are very cool. Some I've known for 25 years. We’re respectful of each other's privacy while also keeping a watchful eye on our community.

Our condo is centrally located, close to the airport, bars, restaurants, freeway, hiking, and shopping. The bedroom has its own lock and has a queen size bed with a medium firm mattress. Light blocking shades help you get the best rest. Netflix/HULU/HBO/Showitme are included for your viewing pleasure. A good sized walk in closet helps with storage for extended visits.
Access to the main bathroom is located right across from your guest bedroom. This bathroom is primarily used for you.
You are welcome to use the kitchen. There are pots and pans and cooking utensils. Please leave it as clean as you found it.
Our neighborhood is an eclectic mix of trendy restaurants, bars and shops. Centrally located- grocery stores, movies, and practically anything you could ask for are within a 5-15 minute drive. Hiking trails are within a 10-15 minute drive. Local shops, thrift and antique stores abound in this area. There are several co-working options near by as well as a plethora of local and franchised coffee shops.

Welcome to my hostel. It is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located close to the airport, ASU and Arizona Mills Mall. Get a good nights rest, then go to the base of the mountain, rent a horse and ride through the desert like a cowboys, or hike one of the many mountain trails. You can also head to downtown Tempe, ASU, Scottsdale, or Phoenix to take in the sights and culture, (all are a 20 minute or less car ride!). See the heading "The Space" below on how the rooms are set up.
This space is set up like a hostel with two twin beds. You will be occupying one bed (A1). There is a second listing on my account that is identical denoted with an (A2) for the second bed in the same room and a third listing to reserve both beds together (A1&A2). This room has drawers, lockers, closet space, towels, towel ravk behind the door, and a desk where you can use your laptop and connect to the WiFi. You will also have somewhere to charge your electronic devices. The bathroom will be equipped with soap and shampoo.
My neighborhood is full of growing families. Two gas stations & Walgreens are a five minute walk from my house, and bust stop is easily accessible with a 2 to 3 minute walk depending which you go to. The bus going north on 40th St will take you directly to SkyHarbor Airports Sky Train which takes you directly into the airport. Driving, it is 7 minutes away from the airport, and less than 5 minutes away from the 143, I-17, and I-10 freeways, making all parts of the valley quickly accessible, and far enough away from my home that you don't deal with freeway noise! Also, Arizona Mills Mall is only a 5 minute drive , from 10 to 25 minutes away are hot spots such as ASU/Downtown Tempe, the Phoenix Zoo, Hole In The Rock, Hunt's Tomb, Heard Museum, Pueblo Grande Museum, Old Town Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Awatukee, & Downtown Phoenix! Finally, if you need groceries and have no car, you can take the Southern bus to Food City, Fry's Food & Drug, WalMart, or even to bars, restaurants, & other stores on Southern Ave after a 10 minutes or less on the bus!

This private studio guest house provides you with all the luxuries of a hotel suite without the cost! Plus a full kitchen! The location is ideal - centrally located in the Valley just minutes to everything the Phoenix/Scottsdale area has to offer! The neighborhood is known as the Camelback East Village, located in the heart of Phoenix, and it's right next to Biltmore (1.5 miles north) and Arcadia (1.5 miles northeast) neighborhoods. The home is just a few blocks south of Thomas Rd (a large street with 3 lanes on each side that runs east/west) and very close to the 51, 10 and 202 highways (under 5 mins to each). The street that the home is on is a very quiet and private block of 11 homes on a cul-de-sac street with virtually no traffic. The home is at the end of the street so there is no neighbor on one side which allows quiet, privacy and plenty of street parking. Please note that Phoenix is a driving city and you will likely need a car for your stay (there isn't very much within walking distance other than the grocery (half a mile away) and a couple of restaurants) but it is very central to everything you'd want to see - see my list below! :)

It's a very peaceful environment. It's a 3 bedroom condo, very clean area. Each room is for AirBNB guest. Main door opens with a key code only for guest. Each room has it's own key to close and open door.
Neighbors respect the space. Nobody bothers you and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. It's a safe environment plus door has key code and only AirBNB guest and I have the code.
