This contemporary condo with many mid-century modern details is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - no matter how long with a central location near popular places like the airport, convention center, and sports arenas or hiking and lots of local restaurants.
With a comfortable queen bed in each bedroom, there is ample room for up to 4 people. Pretty much all that you'll need is provided: high quality plush towels, soaps, shampoo (fragrance free) and even a hair dryer and clothes iron.
Tea and coffee (often from Lux - a local roaster ground for the french press are provided. The frig. has some basic condiments like ketchup, sriracha, mustard plus basic spices (mostly organic) plus bottled water and usually a few bottles of beer.
Watch Netflix (should be logged into my account), Amazon and other accounts or via Roku TV, Digital local TV or cable channels via the SLING app on the Roku, fast Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchen is a full kitchen + equipment (toaster oven - no microwave - the food is really better when it's not nuked.
You have access to a washer and dryer - fragrance free detergent is inside the laundry room.
The condo all updated, yet the building and interior retains many of it's mid-century modern features: like the beautiful and unique adobe brick wall, post and beam architecture and some of the well-done tile work in the bathroom.
This is our fourth Airbnb space. Our other ones have great reviews from guests. When preparing this one for you, we aimed to meet and exceed the comfort of the other condo. Our goal is to make that kind of place we would enjoy staying in and returning to.
The condo is about 950 square feet - third party measurement.
This is a small community of only four condos that share a large green yard with a sitting area in the middle where you can enjoy the weather, read a book, have coffee or just lounge around.
If you're here in the winter it may be just in time to have an orange or tangelo from one of the citrus trees.
The entire place is yours. The condo is completely stocked so you can be the chef if you want, make coffee in the French press or just warm up that take out.
Access to the condo is through a lockbox. This is easy to use and allows you to get in whenever you arrive, but, if you want, we'll be happy to meet you: it's your choice.
The condo is situated in a friendly established neighborhood offering all the character of Old Phoenix: various architectural styles, green yards with mature trees, neighbors walking their dogs and enjoying the Arizona weather. There are miles of scenic hiking/biking in the Phoenix Mountains, plus lots of locally-owned restaurants nearby within walking distance. It's conveniently close to the airport and downtown, shopping, businesses, and sports venues.
Arturova nemovitost je velmi čistá, pohodlná, efektivní a na skvělém místě. Registrace a odhlášení byly velmi jednoduché a snadné. Postele byly pohodlné a klimatizace během našeho červencového pobytu fungovala skvěle. Tato nemovitost se nachází v klidné čtvrti ve velmi vzestupné a žádoucí části Phoenixu s několika novými a skvělými restauracemi, z nichž si můžete vybrat. Určitě bychom znovu zůstali v Arturově vlastnictví.

Welcome to Phoenix and the Charming Coronado Guest House. We are centrally located within minutes of Downtown Phoenix and only a short drive to Sky Harbor Airport.
The most 5 star reviews in Phoenix! No cleaning fees and no security deposit. Those are silly.
The guest house has a keypad for entry so no need for key exchange and check-in anytime after 2pm.
The Coronado Guest House is located behind our historic 1937 home and is located in the heart of the Coronado Historic Neighborhood. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and downtown Phoenix is only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and US Airways Center, as well as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, Heard Museum, and the Children's Museum. Many great restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and we can recommend a few of our favorites for you. The 7th St. and Oak bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. We are also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Oak Metro Light Rail station which can take you to Downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Tempe with its eclectic Mill Avenue and home to Arizona State University, and Mesa with it's wonderful Mesa Center for the Arts.
Your private guest house has a queen bed. You have a 32" flatscreen TV with DirectTV satellite as well as 300 Mbps wireless internet throughout the entire backyard. The french doors open up to a gazebo perfect for outdoor dining and seating for 8. Lounge on the patio in the hammock. There are also screen doors that you can lock so you can leave the inside doors open at night and enjoy the cool air. The guest house has a full kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is available in our main house if needed. The guest house entrance is through our driveway gate and is separate from our main house.
We have 3 chickens that provide us with fresh eggs daily and you are welcome to as many eggs as you would like.

It's hard to do the Grand Canyon as a day trip and really enjoy your time there. Instead fly into Phoenix and spend 1 or 2 nights here then spend a night in Flagstaff or at canyon itself. 4 1/2 hr drive from Phoenix.
Our neighborhood has been referred to as "Funky Town" by Phoenix Magazine. There are lots of artists who call Coronado home as well as many great restaurants within walking distance. Many people (like us!) keep chickens in their backyard and I've even see a gentleman take his miniature "service" pony for a walk down the street. Welcome to Funky Town.

Vybavení pokoje velmi předčilo moje očekávání ohledně ceny, kterou za pokoj žádal. Místnost je super stylová a má opravdu chytré a efektivní využití prostoru a materiálu. V chladničce byla z jeho kuřat čerstvá vejce, která jsou omotávána kolem penzionu na oploceném dvoře. Poskytli zážitek tak krásný, pokojný aspekt. Vzbudili jsme se k jejich jemnému plácení (nebojte se, mohli jsme to snadno spát). Dalo zážitku takový pohodlný, útulný, relaxační úhel. Určitě se vrátíme.

A clean, bright, comfortable and good looking space, with fast wi-fi, a working space or for relaxing and that's what we created here with you in mind, no matter how short or long your stay. A condo with quick access to the airport, convention center, sports arenas, and hiking.
The entire condo is yours to use - it's as private as you want.
THE FEEL:
We call this The Lavender because of the lavender plants just outside. It's a space that's comfortable and calming: from the colors, textures, decorations and even the lighting, it was all a deliberate selection.
The condo is about 650 square feet - third party measurement.
The KITCHEN:
This is a full kitchen made with style and high quality throughout. Heat up your food in toaster-oven (No microwave) or go full out and make a dinner from scratch - the tools are here as are the basic spices and condiments.
The island has multiple functions. It's a large comfortable space to work on your computer, more space for cooking, and an eating area.
LIVING ROOM:
Calm, clean and clear and open - that is this space with tons of natural light flowing in through the wall of floor to ceiling windows. The windows have both sheers and curtains.
The sheers are great for privacy and letting light in during the day or close the curtains for more privacy, in-comfort. The living room looks out into the garden - please use it. It's a shared garden, but it's here to enjoy and use with lots of sitting areas and even a grill.
TV:
There are about 50 local television channels plus a Roku 3 with about 20 cable channels via Sling (choose sling app to watch CNN, ESPN and others) or login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts via Roku 3. There is also an Apple TV you use.
BATHROOM:
The bath is both vintage and modern. We kept the solid well made tile and tub, but added new touches and lots of places to hand towels and clothes plus a raised shower head.
High quality towels are just wonderful and you'll have them here. Please don't use them to clean shoes or stuff they are not meant for.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom is peaceful and relaxing with a Queen bed that really comfortable. The bedding is all high quality - we did not skim here - or anywhere for that matter.
SECOND SLEEPING AREA:
Sleeping arrangement in the living room. A third/second person may sleep on the sofa (see photo in photos). It is very comfortable for someone up to about 5 foot 9 inches tall. The large pillows come off and it's like a twin bed (73" long by 33" wide).
This condo - The Lavender is here for you - for two days or two months. I believe you'll be comfortable and content here.
The condo lies in uptown Phoenix, known for mature greenery, orange trees, and expansive irrigated yards. Many neighbors walk their dogs in this quiet neighborhood. It's close (walking distance) to many local restaurants, the Phoenix Mountains with miles of hiking trails, businesses, shopping, downtown, and parks and relatively close to sports arenas and stadiums.
Nejlepší část o tomto Airbnb je dvorek. Tak krásná. Užil si to ráno, když slunce vyjíždělo, odpoledne hrálo karetní hry a v noci si dalo skleničku vína na terasu. Tak útulný, klidný a inspirující.

My place is close a mile south of Chase Baseball field in downtown Phoenix.. You’ll love my place because its a great place for quality time. There is street parking available on very quiet street.
Smoking is allowed at designated area by pool.
Guest can use the pool area and hot tub area and if you would like to enjoy those spaces I respect your privacy. You can use hot tub as late as you like.

Your stay will be in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in a gated community. There is a full bathroom for your use however it is shared with other guests. There is also a half-bath downstairs. In addition there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful green belt. In addition there is a swimming pool and a small gym in the neighborhood.
This comfy guest suite has a queen size bed, night stand, and dresser. There is also lots of closet space.
I am about 3 miles away from the State Farm stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and Downtown Glendale.

There is a small private patio area just for guests and designated parking spot for guests as well.
We live in the main house on the property and are available should you need any assistance but we respect your privacy and will leave you on your own unless you ask for assistance. We can also arrange after hours check in. There is a private walkway to the (detached) casita which is located at the rear of the main house.
There is just so much to do here in Arcadia...restaurants, hiking, shopping....Most importantly it is a safe neighborhood ...we back on to a high school that is patrolled all night....

This condo is located in a small mid-century modern building in Uptown Phoenix in the heart of Medlock Historic District. It's about 870 square feet (third-party measurement).
Our goal was to make this a comfortable and functional space that you can spend time in, with entertainment at hand, or do some serious business with a strong 80mbps internet connection. Where comfort is first, style is second, but not far behind.
With its vaulted ceilings and three skylights and lots of windows, it's bright and open - yet comfortable and comforting. We paid attention to details and filled the space with high-quality furniture from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn, plush pillows, cotton sheets, luxury towels - stuff that is real, that is comfortable and when possible/practical as natural is it gets.
There are two bedrooms - both have queen beds. With quality bedding.
The bathroom is bright modern and very functional with lots of space and contacts for a hair dryer (one is there) and other equipment and space to layout your make up.
Media - A TV with access to cable via the Sling app - and Netflix is provided - login to other apps on the Roku. Or better yet, spend time on the large covered patio or better yet take a walk to one of the many locally owned restaurants like Postino's, Southern Rail, Windsor, St. Francis - (too many to list here).
Located in the Medlock Historic District in Uptown Phoenix at Central and Camelback Rd. (recently voted the 'hottest intersection' in the Phoenix), the condo is situated in a thriving hub for locally-owned restaurants, boutiques, shopping, and offices. It's highly walking able and close to public transportation like the Metro light rail — with 2 near-by stations. It's close to ASU, GCU, downtown, sports venues, the convention center, and cultural hot spots.

The home is located right off of the 51 freeway and the 202. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and a small 36" sofa bed. The bathroom is shared.
The shared areas include the the bathroom, great room, kitchen, and laundry.
The bathroom is shared with other guests. Because of this we ask guests to be respectful and clean of this space.
The great room has a dining table and a common area with a feather couch sectional to sit, relax and enjoy some television.
The kitchen is complete with all of the appliances and utensils needed to store and cook food. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, espresso maker, fridge, and dishwasher. All appliances are pretty self explanatory
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street but I would ask that you either take the covered spot or leave enough space for someone to take it. Do not block it so no one can take it.
Located 10 minutes away from downtown, 5 minutes away from the airport the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.
Listing 8 minutes away from a major shopping center (the Biltmore) which has several restaurants and shops. For those interested in the outdoors there are a few hiking areas a short drive away (Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak).
Listing is about 15 minutes away from two nightlife areas in Phoenix: Old Town Scottsdale and Mill Avenue.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need to make dinners or just relax. This is a single room with a queen bed that can fit 2 people and all the furniture is brand new. The Space
This studio is a detached guesthouse from the main house. It offers plenty of privacy.
The studio is located in central Phx and is approximately 6 miles from the Sky Harbor Airport. Quick access to the freeway, but you will be amazed by how quiet it is.
Since we are centrally located, there a few good local restaurants within easy walking distance, (.4-.9 Miles). Uber/Lyft will get you to all local restaurants/sites if you choose to not rent a car.
Our studio is within walking distance (.8-1 mile) of three beautiful parks, Margaret T. Hance, Japanese Friendship Gardens, and Encanto.
There are three grocery stores close by, including a Sprouts.
Parking is available in front on the residential street. You can park anywhere on the street for as long as you need.
A robust wifi service is available with a smart TV for online streaming.
If you need to work, a desk with an outlet is available so your laptop is easily accessible.
The kitchen offers a refrigerator, an induction built-in cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with utensils and cookware so you can prepare meals if you choose to eat on the premises. Coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are stocked so you can wake up on your first morning prepared. Relax when you arrive with a cold complimentary beer. Bottled water and light snacks are also provided.
The bathroom is quite extraordinary. It includes a roomy, tiled shower. Open up the window while showering to enjoy the weather outside! Private outdoor shower also available- enjoy showering outside with the chirping of wild birds in the background.
A private washer and dryer are available in the fully stocked laundry room off the back patio. There are also a garment steamer and an iron.
The bed is a queen and has a memory foam mattress. Most people consider it "firm."
The F. Q. Story Neighborhood Historic District is located in central Phoenix, Arizona, USA. The neighborhood runs from McDowell Road south to Roosevelt Street and from Seventh Avenue west to Grand Avenue. The neighborhood as well as many of the individual houses are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Springtime in Phoenix is by far the best time of the year to visit. You get all the beauty with a fraction of the heat.
You’ll notice that music is the main theme here. I placed dozens of my favorite vinyl records all over the walls. The piano I learned to play on was just recently delivered, and memorabilia I’ve collected over the years.
I asked that all guests remove their shoes when entering the house. You’ll see a place for your shoes just inside the front door. The wall-to-wall carpeting actually feels pretty good under your socks or bare feet.
My home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood called Highland Crossings. All my neighbors are very cool. Some I've known for 25 years. We’re respectful of each other's privacy while also keeping a watchful eye on our community.

I live in a spacious clean, uncluttered home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The community swimming pool is just outside my back gate. Papago Park is located right around the corner from my house. There is great hiking or walking in the park which also connects to the Phoenix Zoo. There are also many bars and restaurants close by, right across the lake in downtown Tempe.
You will stay in a nice cozy, clean room with a TV that is easily viewed from the bed. Ceiling fan with light. An atrium is right outside your bedroom window. Your own private bathroom is located right next to your bedroom. If necessary, there is parking available on the left-side of my driveway for your car. A secure WIFI connection is available for you to use during your stay.
I live in a delightful, small, quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets that is close to both downtown Tempe and downtown Scottsdale. Sky Harbor airport is a quick 10 minute car ride away or is accessible by the free Orbit bus service and the light rail. You can catch the free Tempe Orbit bus right around the corner. The Orbit bus will also take you to the Tempe Marketplace mall, which is just a few miles away.
The Phoenix Zoo is within short hiking distance from my house. It is situated in the picturesque Papago Park, which joins onto the botanical gardens. You can see the giraffes at the zoo by walking up the hill to the white pyramid (Governor Hunt's tomb).

My place is close to UoP stadium, spring training facilities, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the spacious bedroom, large guest bathroom, pool and spa, and workout room. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Due to our work, if arriving on a weekday, check-ins are after 5 pm.
On rare occasion, earlier check-ins may be accommodated depending on our work schedules. On weekends, our times are varied and flexible.
The house has a split floor plan with the kitchen and living spaces in the middle. Guests are welcome to mingle in the main areas, use the kitchen, visit, etc. or have the option to utilize the privacy in their "wing" of the house which contains the guest bedrooms, work out room, and guest bathroom (just a few steps down the hallway from the bedroom). The backyard has a pool, spa, grill and fire pit. It's a great hang out spot!
We are located just minutes from both the 10 and 101 freeways, making it convenient to get most places in the Valley. We are very close to all of the dining, shopping and entertainment options near Gateway Crossings (5 minute drive, 25 minute walk). University of Phoenix Stadium, Westgate, and Tangier Outlets are a 10 minute drive up the 101 freeway. Camelback Ranch (the Dodger and White Sox Spring Training facility) is also a ten minute drive.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in a gated neighborhood in Glendale, AZ. Three miles from State Farm Stadium and historic downtown Glendale. You’ll have a cozy guest suite room and a full bathroom for your use however it is shared with other guests. There is also a half-bath downstairs. In addition there is a small gym in the neighborhood and a swimming pool. The rest of the house is lovely, warm and inviting with a spacious living room, kitchen, and upstairs balcony.
Glendale is great city with lots of fab restaurants, clubs, antique shops in the Westgste area and in downtown Glendale.

Nezáleží na tom, jak dlouho pobýváte, vždy se ujistíte, že máte vše, co potřebujete. Dům je čistý a tam je velká kuchyň, pokud chcete vařit. Prostor pro bydlení je bránou, takže je naprosto bezpečný a v blízkosti je Walmart. K dispozici je také bazén, který je otevřen pro použití, takže ať už chcete pracovat nebo jen relaxovat, je to dobré místo. Celkově bych toto místo určitě znovu zarezervoval.

Its in a very safe HOA community with a nice pool.The house is fully furnished with everything you need to make dinners or just relax. This is a Private room with your own bathroom, a queen bed that can fit 2 people and all the furniture is brand new. I have Netflix, you have a 55 in TV and very strong WIFI for you. . Very easy parking. Has all amenities, like TV, Ceiling Fan, Iron/Ironing Board/pool
the common area/ kitchen and the patio are all shared with other guests. I ask that you please clean up after yourself.
The neighborhood is very save. We have a couple security cars that patrol the area 24/7. Our our neighbors are very nice as well.

The guest is 670 square feet also has a uniquely attached garage which has been converted to a bedroom. The guest house was completely remodeled in 2015 with every surface being touched. The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days!
For those guests that prefer to have off the street parking along with cozy accommodations. This guest house sports 600 square feet and has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! With the latest in furnishings your every need will be met!
Awesome improvements on the horizon for the cottage!! Due to the high demand for the cottage Dan and I decided to add a bedroom and washer and dryer. The space is going to be transformed into a completely new redesigned lay out. During the remodel we wanted to make sure the cottage was still available to stay at so will be doing the project in phases. Because of the remodel we won’t have a closet until the next phase of the project is completed. We do understand this is a inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we complete the project.
