No smoking apartment !!! The apartment is at the ground floor Sleeping room with double bad for 2 people. Living room with large tv and sofa that can be bad . Kitchen with fridge, microwave, nespresso machine, and all what you need. There are stairs down to the bathroom and toilet, there is a washing machine, hairdryer, and towels. Balcony with table and chairs 10 minutes walk from midi station, Super market near the house , 5 minutes walking to area of bars and restaurant.

Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live at the ground floor.
