There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! We are just off I-29 in northern Missouri between St. Joseph and Platte City.  Our property is 21 acres and includes a yard of 6 acres and fields and a wooded area. There is a kitchenette with the necessary essentials and a small bath with a shower, sink and toilet. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay. No one under 25 year of age can book with us

Located 20 miles north of the KCI Airport between Kansas City and St. Joseph, MO, one has access to all the attractions and activities in both cities and everywhere in between.
