Ground-floor apartment. 1 quiet bedroom to the rear, 1 queen-size sofa bed in the lounge and a separate kitchen/diner. Located in the heart of Sandgate, just 2 minutes from the beach, this is a perfect retreat with front and back entrances, a private gated patio garden at the front, and off-road parking for a medium-sized car to the rear. 1 small-breed dog (max 10kg) allowed with prior notice. No puppies under 12 months old. Fees apply. No other type of pets/animals accepted.

Beachfront cottage, walk straight onto Sandgate Beach. Albion Cottage is a terraced house right on the seafront with great views over the channel. Accommodation is over 3 floors with four good size bedrooms. There are three bathrooms - two with a shower and one with a bath and shower. The house is in the village of Sandgate which has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and convenience shops. Parking is available right outside, good bus connections to both Hythe and Folkestone.

Just a 2-minute walk to Sandgate’s seafront with cafés, bars and shops and 10 mins from the eurotunnel terminal. Ideal for families, seaside holidays, weekend breaks, contractors and European travel, with the tunnel and ferries near by.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.
