Kick back and relax on the spacious patio where you can enjoy our gas fire bowl, Weber BBQ and backyard after a day of exploring. Our private one bedroom suite comes with a queen size bed, queen size pull out couch, smart 50” tv, high speed fibre optic internet and air conditioning.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.
