The cottage is surrounded by old oaks in front of a lake with a splendid view. There is a big garden where children can play. The house is 75 m2 with 2 rooms, with one double bed and a bunk bed. Kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, wifi, parking. Several places to bath in the lake. Supermarket at 10 min with a car (City Gross). Check in : after 15.00 Check out: 11.00

Stugan är ca 30 kvm och ligger på ca 1 km avstånd till allmän badplats, ett par minuters promenad från sjön och med 20 minuters promenad till naturreservatet Kröklings hage och Mölarps kvarn.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

The Perfect cozy basement apartment for your stay in Borås. Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.

Dammsjön

Välkommen till vår lugna oas vid Dammsjön. Här bor du i en mysig miljö med tillgång till vedeldad bastu, grillplats och brygga. Det är fritt fiske i sjön och du får gärna låna vår roddbåt och vår kanot. Värdparet bor i huset bredvid. Tycker du om att spela golf så är det 15 km till Alingsås golfbana. Det finns ytterligare 3 andra golfbanor inom 30 minuters bilväg.

Gäststugan

Liten stuga till 2-4semestergäster, veckopendlare, student eller liknande tidsbegränsat boende, inte lämpligt som permanent, Tex inga garderober och ingen brevlåda. 1st 120cm säng och en bredare 140cm bäddsoffa. Fullt utrustad med tvättmaskin, bastu husgeråd, möblerad osv. Wifi, ved till kamin och parkering, Allt ingår. Priset per natt gäller veckovis hyra.
