Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen oder Wintersport. Das Apartment ist ca. 50m² groß & besteht aus einer Wohnküche und einem Schlafbereich mit Dusche/WC. Ihr erhaltet Rabatt beim Ausleihen des Wintersportequipments in unserem Luas Skiverleih. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive.

Die Ferienwohnung (ca. 42 qm) verfügt über einen Balkon, der eine herrliche Aussicht über die Berge bietet. Sie liegt ruhig im Höhendorf Schanze (720 m NN) am Rothaarsteig mitten in einem waldreichen Wandergebiet. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende, die in herrlicher Natur entspannen wollen, sowie für Wanderer und Mountainbikefahrer. Im Winter ist Skifahren (Lifte in Schmallenberg und Winterberg), Langlaufen und Rodeln möglich.

Für 2-4 Personen (Person 3 & 4 Schlafsofa) am Rande von Winterberg. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 4 Personen ist es eng. Unser Grundstück mit knapp 940 qm grenzt direkt an den Wald. Hier findet Ihr viel Privatsphäre, Ruhe, Entspannung und Erholung. Für uns eines der schönste Fleckchen Erde.
