Perfect for 5 people, this apartment has everything you need and a bit more. It features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace with a great sunset view, and a private pool with a lounge area that is available from mid-May to mid-September. Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

The garden has an outdoor kitchen, private pool and places to eat and hang out. The third bedroom is on the other floor with a baby bed, 3 beds and a terrace looking at the seaside.

Okna směřují na západ a celý den apartmán osvětluje slunce. V podvečer můžete sledovat nádherný západ slunce. Největší výhodou je pláž s příjemným přístupem do moře a se sprchou. V ceně můžete využít loď pro 5 osob.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

This is wonderful stone house with yard of 4000 m2: olive grove, wineyard, garden with fruits and vegetables, barbecue with sink, private parking space and swimming pool. It is located between Postira and Dol. There are bathroom, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air condition. Although the house is in field, there is normal electricity and water. Guests can swim in swimming pool or just relax in the garden.
