Cute and cozy, tucked into a nice wooded lot. Walking distance to Brimley State Park, 2 miles from Bay Mills Resort and Casino and Wild Bluff Golf course. Also near Mission Hill Overlook, Pendills Fish Hatchery, Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. We have endless access to NCT (North Country Trail) for hiking. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

Waiska Bay Cottage

Welcome to Waiska Bay Cottage located right on the the south end of White Fish Bay. This cozy cottage offers views of Canada and the big lake freighters coming in from Superior. Set up a hammock or just sit by the cozy fire pit. This home is perfectly located to use as a base camp to enjoy all of the great resources available in the Upper Peninsula. ~~fish, hike, hunt, kayak, bike, snowmobile, gamble, take in night life, rock hunt, golf, swim, explore, the options are endless.

This beautiful 5 bedroom waterfront house sits on amazing Sugar Island. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Offering 3600 sq.ft. of space to let your mind unwind while you watch the freighters pass by on the St. Mary river. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets and views.
