This home is located about 35 minutes from downtown San Antonio. There are many parks and river access areas near the house. It's a great place to bike and run with awesome hills and flats. Great local restaurants and bars nearby and within a short drive.

Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom— one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. The Hilltop Stop is centrally located. Just 30 min to Austin/ San Antonio, 10 min to Blanco/Canyon Lake. The famous Guadalupe River is just down the road. Also close by are the amazing wineries, distilleries, breweries and many wedding venues that have been popping up all over the Hill Country. Some of the oldest dance halls in the state are just minutes away. The owners do live on the property and are there if needed. It is the perfect stop to catch your breath before your next Texas excursion.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.
