It is beautifully furnished with locally made log furniture. There are 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) as well as a large loft. The loft has a queen bed as well as 2 twin beds & a full bathroom. It has a fully furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. A large detached garage has a chest freezer & fish processing station for your convenience.

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
