Situated in a calm neighborhood of the picturesque village Sumartin, this studio apartment is ideal for a restful stay. It offers accommodation for four people. There is one king-size bed and one bunk bed. In addition, you have a small kitchen and a dining area in the room. The studio includes also one bathroom with shower. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Restoran je iznad i ispod kuće kao i prekrasne plaže. Sadra, žalo ili beton ,ovisi o vašim željama. Nalazimo se na istočnoj strani otoka Brača. Ako se odlučite rezervirati ovaj smještaj , najjednostavniji prevoz je trajektom Makarska-Sumaartin (karte se trebaju kupiti on line i poštivaati točno vrijeme rezervacije).

Naši nedavno renovirani apartmani idealni su za goste koji, uživajući u odmoru, žele osjetiti svu udobnost vlastitog doma. Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).
