La primera casa tiene una capacidad maxima para 25 hospedados, cuenta con: jacuzzi interior, Internet, 2TVs, cocina completa, cancha de futbol, pérgola cubierta, comedor exterior para 40 personas, zona bbq, 13 parqueos.
